LIMITS AND TIME OUT

To meet with the corporate responsibility of preventing problem gambling, an administrator can enforce or a player can choose from one or a combination of gambling limits.  Each limit applied to an account is logged with a time stamp for audit purposes. Changing a limit can be achieved by the player submitting an appropriate request. Such change will only become active after 24 hours. Note that limits which affect the amount of wagering will only apply to real money play.

The available limits are as follows:

Wagering limit - restricts the total amount that can be wagered during any day, week or month by a player.  This is exclusive of any bonus play.

Deposit limit - restricts the total amount that can be deposited in any day, week or month by a player and this includes deposits used to trigger a bonus.

Loss limit - restricts the total amount that can be lost during any day, week or month by a player. This is exclusive of any bonus play.  NB the system calculates a loss on deposits. e.g. if a player set a $50.00 daily loss limit and then deposits $100.00 and whilst wagering the player’s balance increases to $200.00, the player can lose $150.00 during that day. 

Session limit - restricts the player to a daily amount of time logged on to Infinity’s gambling services. 15 minutes prior to expiration the player will be notified to finish gambling.  After expiration of the allotted time, the player will be automatically logged off for a period of 24 hours. 

Time out - restricts a player’s access to their account for a set amount of days.
